1.1 The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an automatic reply sent by e-mail to the customer’s e-mail address. 1.2 After receiving the order, Dinetra checks the availability of the goods, the accuracy of the data provided by the customer and sends the acceptance email containing the summary of the order with the items available, unavailable or available in 4-6 weeks, the costs of shipping and the total to be paid.
1.3 For products already available in our warehouses, the shipment takes place within 24 hours or 2 working days from the payment of the credit card, Pay Pal or advance bank transfer, cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, an additional contribution will be applied of € 8.00
1.4 The customer acknowledges that the stock of the products offered by Dinetra are variable and therefore in the event of the absence of any product, delivery times can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. However, it will be communicated in the order confirmation that the customer will receive.
1.5 In the event that the ordered items are partially available, we will proceed with delivery in multiple shipments. Shipping costs will be charged once. For items not available, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date, in addition you will have the opportunity to proceed with delivery in more shipments. Alternatively, you can wait for a complete delivery. Shipping costs will only be charged one time. The customer has the right to cancel the order or the balance of the same at any time. 1.6 Transport costs are always to be paid by the buyer and once verified the weight / volume of the ordered items will be calculated definitively in our order confirmation that the customer will receive by e-mail after sending the order from the site.
1.7 For international expenses with Extra-CE destination, customs duties are excluded from the price, which will be charged by the carrier to the customer upon receipt of the order. For international orders we do not accept cash on delivery.
