1.1 We use to collaborate with UPS, Shipping times are 2-5 working days to be calculated from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the goods are shipped. UPS delivers from Monday to Friday from 8 to 18. A signature will be required on delivery and, for this reason, we invite you to enter a shipping address to which it will be present on that day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days. For some remote areas within the shipping countries, it is not possible to guarantee the delivery of the order within the times indicated –

1.2 Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; and are subject to product availability and payment approval. Furthermore, carriers do not deliver on 15/08, 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

1.3 For orders made by credit card, a normal working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation of payment.

1.4 If the UPS courier fails to deliver your package, it will return it on the next working day for a total of three attempts. You will still be left with an attempted delivery notice with instructions on how to contact UPS to arrange for the return.

In some areas of Italy, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, UPS will automatically take the package to a collection point (Access Point) near the delivery address. UPS will leave a transit notice card with the details of the pick-up point and / or options for return


1.5 Unused goods can be returned to us for credit up to 14 days after shipment.

1.6 The transport costs for the return are exclusively borne by the customer.

1.7 It is understood that the goods can be returned on condition:

  • have not been worn, used or altered in any way
  • which have not been made to order or customized
  • which are still in the original packaging and in any case suitable for being returned to the warehouse and resold by us.

1.8 It is possible to return damaged or materially defective goods, provided that the user informs us of such defects or damage before returning the goods. You must return such damaged or defective goods or make available an image of the defect that we can investigate in accordance with our instructions.

1.9 A credit note will be issued for the returned goods which can be used for future purchases.

2.0 When returning the goods, it is necessary to keep proof of shipment until we provide you with a credit note confirming that the returned goods have been received.
